It seems as though some browsers are causing the following error message when attempting to login to the support portal:
Safari
To resolve this for Safari you will need to open Safari, then go to Preferences and then the Privacy Tab. Then uncheck the "prevent cross-site tracking." Then try to load the page again.
Chrome
To resolve this for Chrome you will need to update the browser or any privacy blocking extensions to always allow "newenglandsecurity.zendesk.com".
